1. Who we are
bloghealth.app is operated by Diving Escapades SARL-S, 8 rue de Merovingiens, Bertrange, Luxembourg L-8070. When we say “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms, we mean Diving Escapades SARL-S.
By accessing or using bloghealth.app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app does
bloghealth.app is a blog maintenance tool that scans your website for broken links, outdated posts, SEO issues and other content health indicators. If you choose to connect Google Analytics or Google Search Console, the app will also sync your traffic data, search rankings and performance metrics to help you identify which posts need attention and where to focus your efforts. It is designed to help bloggers and website owners maintain content quality, improve search visibility and protect affiliate income.
The app integrates with Google services including Google Analytics and Google Search Console. By connecting these services, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. bloghealth.app accesses your Google data solely to provide the features described above and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Scan results are provided for informational purposes only. They are intended to assist you in identifying potential issues on your website. We do not guarantee that every issue will be detected, and results should not be relied upon as a substitute for your own review and judgement.
3. Beta notice
bloghealth.app is currently in beta. This means the app is still being actively developed and tested. You may experience occasional bugs, interruptions or unexpected behaviour. By using the app during the beta period, you acknowledge this and agree to provide feedback where possible to help us improve.
As part of the beta programme, we may contact you by email to request feedback on your experience. You can opt out of these messages at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time during the beta period without prior notice.
4. Your account
You sign in to bloghealth.app using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use bloghealth.app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use bloghealth.app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others. You must not:
- Use the app to scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or distribute any part of the app
- Use the app in any way that could damage, overload or impair our systems
- Use the app to collect data about other people without their consent
6. Our content and your content
The app, its design, code and content are owned by Diving Escapades SARL-S and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
When you add your website URL to bloghealth.app, you grant us permission to scan that website solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
bloghealth.app is provided as is, particularly during the beta period. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any scan results or other information provided by the app.
We are not responsible for any loss of traffic, revenue, search rankings or other damages that may arise from issues identified or not identified by the app. You use bloghealth.app at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diving Escapades SARL-S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of bloghealth.app.
During the beta period, the app is provided free of charge. Accordingly, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app during the beta period shall not exceed zero euros (EUR 0). Once paid plans are introduced, liability will be limited to the amount you have paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Paid plans and refunds
Some features of bloghealth.app may in the future require a paid subscription. During the beta period, the app is free to use. Any future pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
Full refund and cancellation terms will be published before any paid plans are introduced. Beta users will be given advance notice of all pricing and refund policies before any charges apply.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to bloghealth.app at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the app at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will let you know about any significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of bloghealth.app will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
